Christian Walker has deep and broad experience as a corporate lawyer developed over years of practice at a Global 20 international law firm and at prominent Delaware law firms on the cutting edge of corporate law and governance issues. He brings this unique background to his representation of companies large and small, entrepreneurs, and investors in a range of business transactions and settings throughout the corporate lifecycle – from startup to maturity to exit. He counsels clients on equity and debt financings, business entity formation and selection, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and other regulatory matters and compliance, contract review and negotiation, litigation management, and other general corporate matters.

Before joining Integral Business Counsel, Christian was a partner in the Washington, DC office of Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, where he represented corporate clients in the areas of securities, finance, and corporate law. In particular, he focused on advising public and private companies and funds on public and private debt and equity offerings, secured debt financings, ongoing SEC reporting and securities law compliance, and other transactional matters.

Christian began his legal career practicing in Wilmington, Delaware, where he represented clients in corporate and alternative entity litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery and counseled corporations, officers, and directors on fiduciary duties and corporate governance matters and transactions, including with respect to internal investigations and mergers and acquisitions.

Christian has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the Washington, DC edition of Super Lawyers.
