Gina Norris represents businesses and entrepreneurs of all types and at all stages of their business, from start-up to exit. Gina counsels her clients in multiple areas of business law, including entity formation, venture capital and other equity/debt financing, executive and employee compensation, equity ownership, contract drafting, review and negotiation, and corporate governance matters.
Gina focuses her practice on advising software companies on a wide range of matters specific to them, including software licensing, terms of service, channel partner/reseller programs, customer and vendor agreements, licensing of intellectual property, and data privacy and security matters.
Gina takes a practical approach to the law in order to provide her clients with “win-win” solutions that help them achieve their business objectives in a sensible and cost-efficient manner. She endeavors to fully understand the details of each client’s business operations to produce legal solutions that are aligned with their respective goals and concerns.
Prior to joining IBC, Gina was an attorney at a mid-sized New England law firm where she handled similar corporate transactions, as well as franchising, commercial real estate transactions, and general business counsel to entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes.
