Erik Barstow's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, commercial contracts and technology licensing, and development agreements. He also provides counsel to start-up businesses with regard to entity choice and formation, corporate governance, and shareholder relations.

Erik obtained extensive experience during his practice at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C., an AmLaw 100 law firm. Formerly a systems programmer/analyst for a large computer networking company, many of his clients include businesses in the information technology and telecom industries. Additionally, he combines his experience in technology and general corporate law to counsel companies in a broad range of industries on technology related issues.

Erik has represented publicly traded national clients as well as privately-held companies in complex commercial transactions. He brings significant experience and expertise in his practice areas to serve both large and mid-sized companies and institutions. Erik also has particular experience representing automobile and motorcycle dealerships in purchase and sale transactions.

Erik has served on the Board of Directors of the Children's Museum of New Hampshire and as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility.
